Your recovery journey starts with a single call. We handle the rest.
Start Your Journey
Making the decision to seek treatment is one of the most significant steps a person — or a family — can take. At MDCR Rehab, we've guided over 7,300 individuals through this exact moment, and we know it can feel overwhelming. That's why our admissions process is designed to remove every barrier between where you are now and the help you need.
When you call (669) 203-2382, you'll speak with a trained admissions specialist — not an answering service. They'll listen, answer your questions honestly, and walk you through next steps at whatever pace feels right. If you're calling on behalf of a loved one, our team can help you navigate that conversation too. Many of our most successful patients arrived because a family member made the first call.
Insurance verification typically takes less than 30 minutes. Clinical assessments can often be completed by phone the same day. And if immediate placement is warranted, we can coordinate intake within 24 hours.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does treatment typically last?
Treatment length depends on the individual's clinical needs, but here's what families can generally expect: medical detox runs 3 to 7 days, residential treatment lasts 30 to 90 days, and outpatient programs range from 8 to 12 weeks. Your loved one's treatment team will adjust the timeline based on progress — we never rush someone out before they're ready, and we keep families informed at every stage.
Can family members visit during residential treatment?
Absolutely — family involvement is a cornerstone of recovery at MDCR Rehab. Visitation is available on scheduled weekends, and families are invited to participate in weekly family therapy sessions. We know that addiction doesn't happen in isolation, and healing shouldn't either. Our family programming helps rebuild trust, improve communication, and prepare everyone for the transition home.
What if my loved one doesn't think they need help?
This is one of the most common concerns we hear from families, and it's completely valid. Our admissions team can guide you through how to have a productive conversation with your loved one, including when a professional intervention might be appropriate. Many of our alumni entered treatment reluctantly and later credited the structured environment and clinical support with changing their perspective entirely.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Anthem, Health Net, and Optum. If your provider isn't listed, call us at (669) 203-2382 — we can verify your benefits in about 30 minutes and discuss payment options that work for your family's situation. No one should be turned away because of finances.
Is detox medically supervised?
Yes, 100%. Our medical detox unit is staffed 24/7 by physicians and registered nurses who specialize in withdrawal management. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) is available when clinically appropriate. Families can rest assured that their loved one is monitored continuously — we provide updates to designated family contacts throughout the detox process.
Can my loved one keep their phone during treatment?
Phone access follows a limited-hours policy during residential care. We find that early treatment benefits from reduced digital distraction, allowing patients to focus fully on therapeutic work. However, regular family communication is encouraged through scheduled calls and weekend visitation. The clinical team will explain the phone policy during intake and answer any family concerns.
What happens after residential treatment ends?
Discharge is a beginning, not an ending. Every patient leaves MDCR Rehab with a comprehensive aftercare plan that may include step-down to our outpatient program, connections to local support groups, alumni network access, and ongoing family therapy referrals. Our community reintegration planning starts during residential care itself — covering employment, housing, and relapse prevention — so your loved one re-enters daily life with a solid support structure already in place.
