Driving Directions
From San Jose (approx. 30 miles north)
Take US-101 South toward Gilroy. Exit at Monterey Road / CA-152 East. Turn left onto Monterey Road and continue south for approximately 1.5 miles. MDCR Rehab will be on your right at 7453 Monterey Rd. The drive takes roughly 35–45 minutes depending on traffic.
From Salinas (approx. 35 miles south)
Take US-101 North toward Gilroy. Exit at Leavesley Road and head east. Turn right onto Monterey Road heading north. Continue for approximately 2 miles. Our facility is on the left. Allow about 40 minutes for the drive.
From Santa Cruz (approx. 40 miles west)
Take CA-152 East (Hecker Pass Highway) through the mountains into Gilroy. At the junction with Monterey Road, turn right heading south. MDCR Rehab is located at 7453 Monterey Rd. Expect a 50-minute drive through scenic hill country.
Parking: Free on-site parking is available for visitors and patients. Accessible spaces are located near the main entrance.

MDCR Rehab serves patients and families throughout the greater South Bay and Central California coast. While our facility is located in Gilroy, we regularly welcome individuals from the following communities:
